There are a few reasons why you may encounter an error when depositing via PayRedeem. If you have received an error when entering your PayRedeem voucher, please ensure:


  1. That the voucher number entered into the system is identical to the voucher.
  2. You have the correct currency.
  3. The voucher is still valid and unused.
  4. The name on the voucher matches the name on your account.
